The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification is for real estate professionals who want to work with current and former military service members. The MRP certification program educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support.
Why I chose this designation
A large portion of my customers are active or retired military. While it may seem like any other home sale or purchase there is so much more involved. Terms like PCS, BAH, DD214 and COE may look like alphabet soup but to our service members and their families the details behind the terms are vital to a smooth transaction. Both my husband and Father-in-law served in the Navy and many other family members have served in other branches as well so it is an honor to be able to serve our veterans and active military members and their families transition from one home to another.
